Karina Agustin menyelesaikan studi S1 nya pada tahun 2011 di Universitas Kristen Petra dengan gelar Sarjana Teknik Mesin. Pada tahun 2016, ia mendapatkan gelar MBA di bidang Manajemen Industri dari National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taiwan. Sejak tahun 2017, Karina menggabungkan diri dengan program studi Teknik Industri Universitas Kristen Petra. Pada tahun 2018 hingga saat ini, Karina mendapat kesempatan untuk menjadi Sekretaris Prodi Tekni Industri UK Petra.
